La Vía Ferrata is a trak equiped with metalic stairs on the wall, chains and cables that allow us yo progress on the route. You also will find nepali briges. On la Costa Brava 1h north from Barcelona we find the only vía Ferrata over the sea un Spain. This route has 2 different levels. The first part It’s perfect for beginers, and the second part for more advance people. If you hace doubts to get on the second part, don’t worry, there is an éxit just before if you are not confident tl go on.

¿Is it dificult?

The difficulty on Vías Ferratas goes from K1 the easiest to K6 the more difficult ones.
This graduation is configurated by different metrics such as strengh, resistence, experiencie and psicological challenge.
The first part of this vía Ferrata has a difficulty of K2 and the second and harder part K3/K4. In case you are not sure to proceed to the second part, there is an exit just before. Your guide will help you decide after completing the K2 part.

¿How long does it take to do the via ferrata?

Aproximadamente tardaremos unas 2 horas en realizar el recorrido. Debido a su encanto, en ocasiones se masifica, por The duration of the route is about 2 hours if there is no one. In summer or weekends is usual that we find more people and we will have to be patient if we have a group in front of us or some one in our grup has a slower rythom. The longest it took me in the last years was 4 hours..
